Great cafe with an excellent offer. To be recommended again and again. Friendly service despite corona conditions.

Cakes are good. But you have to have time. First in front of the door until someone comes to invite you in. Then when ordering cake at the counter with the most unfriendly cake on the plate clapper in the world, then while waiting for the service lady who takes the drink order. Thank god she is super friendly. And finally you have to wait until everything finally comes ...

Nice coffee house, you feel comfortable here. Bring a little patience, sometimes it takes a little longer ...

With great anticipation we visited the Schoppe confectionery. We ordered a children's sundae for my daughter. There was a dark hair in the ice. When asked, both the waitress and the manager were very unapologetic. Lt. Statement came the hair probably flown. There won't be another visit for us.

The cake was great again BUT the staff is very rude and annoyed. It's a shame, the café is nice and the cake tastes good. Since we were served so rudely, we stay away in the future. There are good cakes elsewhere too.

A random combination of pieces of cake and sheet cakes was tested. In general, the quality was unfortunately below average. The sheet cakes were rated as too dry. The cake fillings are also not really convincing in terms of taste. It's a shame, as the high number of positive reviews unfortunately doesn't match the quality of the baked goods.

A super nice hotel, ideally located in Bad Kösen! It was a very nice stay. The breakfast is just great - fresh rolls and delicious croissants, plus a fruit salad and many other goodies. The hotel is a real recommendation!

We were recommended this place as a legendary pastry shop. We were there for the first time and there is actually a very large selection of cakes. A lot with cream but if you like that you will definitely find it. Low-calorie alternatives are not doing so well. To be honest, hardly anyone is looking for this in a pastry shop. We really liked the large outdoor terrace, which was really lively. The house is right in the center of Bad Kösen and is therefore an ideal point of contact for day trippers. All other sights are only a few minutes' walk away. We can't comment on the quality of the hotel.

it doesn't get any worse. service underground and when paying, card payments are only accepted at Corona times where contactless payment is desired from € 30 turnover. After all, the guest could go to the machine and get some money. Seldom or never experienced such arrogance. Never again!!!

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend with our granddaughter, and I have to say we felt very comfortable here. The room was very nice, the breakfast rich and tasty. The manager and her employees were very nice and accommodating. During the day you can nibble on the fantastic range of cakes and tarts. From here we explored the beautiful area. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and we will definitely come back next year. Frank Eichholz

Wonderful breakfast on Sunday morning, delicious rolls in a basket, well presented. Price performance top !! A week later the same breakfast, but this time cheap rolls on the plate, no egg spoon, the champagne was only available on request. You should think about consistent quality. The wall could also use cleaning again.

We went on a bike tour through Bad Kösen today and wanted to take a break with coffee and ice cream. Since after 15 minutes we had the feeling that nobody was paying attention to us, we just went again. Who does not want has already

Just been there, cake selected. Looking for a place outdoors. After waiting 20 minutes, a waitress served the neighboring table, we were ignored and when asked if we were allowed to order, we only got the succinct answer that she was not responsible for us. I have never experienced such a cheek. Even if the cakes looked so tasty, with such a service you are happy to do without.

Very good, central location. We parked right in front of it on a motorcycle. Excellent selection of pies and cakes. We will definitely be back.
